At ColieCo, we want you to love your sustainable fashion; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all eco-friendly packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
